Great to cut down on maintenance and help keep water out.
I am using this on a unifilter in my sxs. Our trails are mostly sand and fine dirt so there is a lot of dust, these help keep that fine dust and water from getting to the foam filter. This cuts down on how frequently you have to wash the foam filter which is annoying to do. I put one on everything with a foam filter and never had any issues.

Works as described. Very well I love it when Iām a pinch take this off and clean it because the filter under it is still dang clean. I use this on my cf moto with a uni filter. I have a uTibe channel called RedNeckGarage check it out. A ton of cf moto videos on there.

Outerwears 20-1190 pre filter
This prefilter measures approximately 4ā x 6ā or 115mm x 155mm. I bought it hoping it would work over the K&N filter on a Pitster Pro 140. It does fit, its just much bigger than the question answered above states.

Great pre-filter, useful in other locations as well
Very nice prefilter, helps keep the larger particles out of the air filter.We also put one over the end of the air intake tube to keep the bigger stuff out, that way it won't fill the air box with as much dust.

Fits Perfectly.
I love the added filteration it adds to my filter for the dusty Southern Utah trails. Fit over my Uni UP-6229ST filter perfectly.
