Q: do you need play station move to play the game/

No you dont... the mini games say you do but it's not true. I don't own a move and completed every mini game and got all trophies

For the Sly 3 part, yes but it's very minimal. It's the equivalent of getting a salad bowl at McDonalds. Sure it's there but that's never the main reason you go there.Sly has killer heist missions and charming cartoony characters for a single player experience.
