Backup SD to Dash Cam
We bought this SD card as a backup to the one in our Dash Cam, just in case we needed to take it out and download an incident. We have not needed to do this but we don't anticipate any problems with the SD card. We appreciated the fact that an micro holder was included.

Extra storage for the new vehicle dash cam
Got new dash cam from the same company. It only came with an 8gb card. I wanted more system l storage capacity, this brand does not allow use of cards of not their brand. So I was required to get one of theirs. Kinda crappy 💩 in my opinion. However their branded cards were basically the same price and already formatted to work in their dash cam. So it was plug it in and it worked straight away no issue. I say for me it was worth it. I just wish they sent a 64gb with the dash cam when I bought it so I didn't have to get a new one.

Preloaded essentials
These work as advertised.Thinkware software is preloaded and mates with unit perfectly.

Thinkware memory cards are expensive, however, are great in the long run!
I decided to purchase two 64GB micro SD cards for my Thinkware Q800 PRO and X700 to extend recording times. The micro SD cards work just as expected; just be sure to format the micro SD cards beforehand. The only downside to Thinkware's micro SD cards is the price, and, there is no other options as Thinkware units only accept Thinkware cards (but I somehow have managed to make a Transcend and Lexar micro SD work). Great upgrade
The stock SD card just didn't have the space to record all the time we drive at once, this was a needed upgrade and works perfect for our needs. We drive 5 to 7 hours in a day for us this 64G card does the trick.

Please stop 3rd party vendor from selling the “Free” cards
I’m giving this a 1 star not because I don’t like the product, I do. I love Thinkware I have a dash cam system for each car. However, the card I just bought is a “Free” one that comes with the camera kit. The 3rd party vendor is selling “Free” cards which I do not believe they should be doing.

Never failed me yet
Used with my dash cam and it has never failed. That alone is worth the extra cost. They are overpriced but knowing it won't fail, I guess is worth the price.
