I've just this product for sometime now I like it because it's chewable and not capsules. Does it work well it helps but I maybe should take more per day I will now and take them on an empty stomach which I do some times but I forget .

They came on time, easy to swallow, you get a lot of tablets. I was looking for something similar to cranmed and this was the closest I could find including d-mannose.I’m just not sure they were the right supplement for me, as soon after I took one, it worsened my symptoms for a few hours - but on the other hand it could have just been actively flushing everything out - difficult to say with these things! I didn’t take more than one and after a few hours I finally settled. I also noticed there was no patient information leaflet, which I thought was unusual, but it is a supplement and not medication so I’m not sure on the requirements there.All in all, it made it worse before it got better, but my symptoms did improve by the following day.

It worked so quickly and has made a big difference to me

EASY to swallow . Not instant improval but noticably Better after a couple of doses need to go onto maintenance dose of 2 per day after finishing full course. Seems to get rid of bugs that way.

Unfortunately I found I was allergic to D-Mannose so can no longer take them
