This helped enormously for my wrist TFCC injury. My wrist sometimes pops out just with next to nothing to cause it. I bought a more expensive strap with a "well known name" but found it chafed and wasn't comfy so bought this instead. This is so comfy to wear, no chafing and does exactly what it's supposed to. Very pleased.

It really good. It has helped with the pain,it’s a relief.

Absolutely useless. Velcro stopped working properly after 2weeks and whole bands do not maintain support or tightness after 2 weeks of use.

Found it hard to fasten it with one hand.

Honestly couldn't say this held or contained my wrist at all. Maybe it wasn't for my use-case (the actual wrist) but it's gone in the drawer and I suspect I'll never use it.
