Fun easy read with great ideas
Excellent information! Great examples. Only negative is the paper it is printed on. Nice paper for the graphics but text goes into the gutter and you have to really hold it open. I suggest Paul use a lighter weight paper.Fun read!

Much better than expected
Overall, this is a great book if you plan on rolling out Lean concepts in your business. This is a unique take on how a business owner made the decision to roll-out Lean into his business. He describes the ups and downs, successes and failures he experienced in rolling out this process. It will definitely help provide additional context and ideas for how to better roll out Lean concepts. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone considering rolling out Lean, it will help you avoid stumbling blocks.

Finally a book that I can apply the day after reading.
The main principal of the book requires that lean is fun and simple. If it's over complicated, you won't succeed at lean long term. It's much more effective for a whole company to have a lean culture and every employee be a "process engineer than have the COO implement lean changes from the top down. Grassroots lean is the way to go!!!

Lean Game Changer!
If you have wondered about how to get a lean culture going or fixed at your company this book is the game-changer.I learned immediately about the mistakes I had made.Plus, I learned what to do to fix my mistakes and the future game plan to follow so I and associates and clients have better success next time!Seriously I can not say enough nice things about the book and Paul's enthusiasm to share the lean experience.Order a copy, break out a fresh highlighter... get ready for few ah-ha moments. I had a few and even some head slappers where I said, "Now I get it!"

It’s a sales guide for lean
It felt like a religious book about lean and a promotion of the authors company. There was not as much meat/concepts as I wanted.Read the first 10 chapters, skip the rest.
