Works perfectly and reliably!
This temperature sensor works perfectly and connected to my hub instantly. I have a raspberry pi running home assistant with a sonoff USB dongle connected directly to the raspberry pi. Within home assistant, I am running the standard zigbee home automation integration. Within seconds of putting the temperature sensor into pairing mode, the integration found the device. I am using the sensor within my deep freezer which is about -10°. F and works with no issues. I love that the sensor itself is magnetic so I could stick to anything that has metal. Unfortunately the inside of my freezer is some sort of plastic. I ended up using a little bit of velcro on the carrier because the dough act tape wouldn't stick to the frosted over wall, but that is a me problem and not a a sensor at design problem. It's very small and works great. I know no longer have to worry about if my freezer not staying cool because I can monitored the temperature at any time in any location. I highly recommend it!

Works Perfectly with Alexa. Read for Alexa Setup.
I've tried MANY temperature sensors, and this one is my favorite. Because it's a Zigbee device, and not Wi-Fi, connectivity is reliable and has great range. It pairs instantly with Alexa devices that have a built in Zigbee hub. Alexa devices with Zigbee include:Echo 4th generationEcho PlusEcho Show 10 (all models except 1st generation)Other than the Alexa app, you do not need any app to support this device, but setup in Alexa is cumbersome if you're not familiar with it. To complete the setup in Alexa (Screen shots shown in images),1) Open Alexa and select "More"2) Select "Routines"3) Select "Home Automation"4) In Home Automation, select the plus sign (+) to add a routine.5) Build a routine to alert when cold6) Build a routine to alert when hotThe packaged app (eWelink) is lousy, borderline useless, but you can use Alexa or Google instead. The temperature is accurate, mounting hardware is both magnetic and adhesive, battery life (4 years) is unmatched, pairing is simple and reliable, connectivity range is great, and overall hardware quality is fantastic.Great for kennels, coops, freezers, or any area.

Does not connect
Unfortunately this sensor does not connect to my zigbee setup. Using home assistant with 2 dozen zigbee devices all working with no issues, some are even Sonoff. Too bad.

Works great once you figure out it quarks.
I wish I could give it five stars, but I did have some issues with it. One, it would not pair with their app, so I gave up. And tried adding it to Home Assistant and it connected within seconds. I do have a Sonoff USB Zigbee 3.0 gateway. But I think that wasn't why. I'm sure another brand of Zigbee 3.0 gateway would of worked fine too. Or I could of used the Zigbee2MQTT would of worked too. But, when I got it working in HA, it wouldn't refresh either humidity or temperature. I almost sent it back, but found a forum post saying that you should delete the device and then re-add it back in. I did that and now it is working for now, at least I know how to fix it. Oh and BTW, if you need the instructions, break out the magnifying glass. They need to just add a card with a URL or QR code to the manual, because in it's unreadable.

Surprisingly easy and accurate
This little sensor really exceeded my expectations. It was very easy to setup with my new Hubitat hub and easily integrated with Home Assistant. I didn't even try their app, so I have no judgement there. It seems to be quite accurate, matching other thermometers I have around. I'm getting more to better control my new WiFi AC windows units and fans.

Easy to join to home assistant, looking forward to years between battery changes
Setup: 5/5I have many smart sensors throughout my home across a variety of technologies - WiFi, ZWave, and Zigbee. This device is one of the easiest, fastest, most user-friendly devices I’ve come across. It was literally pull-tab, discover on home assistant zigbee hub. While many devices claim this ease, few truly deliver it.Functionality: 5/5Delivers the measures it claims and does so reasonably accurately.Overall: 5/5Bought 2 originally, have already come back for 3 more. Looking forward to a long battery life so I don’t have to change these every 8-14 months like most other sensors.

It works
It works. However, it's not very configurable if you want to adjust certain parameters for your use case, testing, etc. Also uses a coin cell battery that's not readily available.
