Q: Are these good for butchering all day in a butcher shop

I don’t think so, more of holiday once in a while type of deal.

Q: Is this item dishwashers safe

This knife is our pride and joy! Silly, I know. We bought it for buying meat in bulk and butchering to our liking. I don't put it in the dishwasher. After use I clean it and put it back in the original box and store under the kitchen hutch. Great price!
