Great concealer for dark circles with dry skin
This is a great concealer that adds a little luminosity without being shiny or sparkly. It's full coverage but doesn't look cakey and actually looks brighter. I have dark circles and dry skin and this concealer has actually made my under eyes feel softer and look better. All of Kat Von D's cosmetics I have tried have been great.
