It works great!!! Just what I was looking for.

The pencil sharpener is great but the length of the mounting screws ridiculous. They barely fit the width of the sharpener and you cannot mount it because the screws are not long enough. A big flaw!That’s all I want to say right now.Just irritated I have to make a special trip to tha hardware store to buy longer screws!

Reminds me of the one my father had. Still useable to this day. Now, I have my own, and I hope this one lasts just as long.

Very poor quality. Extremely difficult to remove the container that catches the shavings. Only sharpens the pencil if you turn it in one direction. Doesn’t sharpen centered so you wind up with a pencil with wood on the tip and the lead is on the side. If I could give it zero stars I would. This will be the first thing I return to amazon

I have wanted one of these for years! It's wonderful! I love these sharpeners. They are sturdy, easy to use, adjust easily for different size pencils, sharpen beautifully and easy to install to a wall or other surface.

I am sure the sharpener will work. It is brand new and just out of the box but the main reason I chose to purchase this item was because the web page illustration showes TWO spinning sharpening wheels which typically does the best job in sharpening a pencil. This item just received has just ONE sharpening wheel so Amazon or the manufacturer needs to remove the picture of two wheels as the illustration is very misleading.

Bought as a gift for kids. Works great.
