This worked great for cutting the wire to hang my shelving. Extremely easy to use, put a little pressure on the handle and it will cut. Thought I’d have to wait for my husband, but it was easy for me to use. It’s accurate with the cute and it’s solid so very durable. It does have done weight on it and the rubber handles help with your grip. Great price and works well. I would recommend!

Works perfectl. Great value for the money

I needed to repair a wire fence that was damaged when a post went down. None of the wire cutters we had on hand cut through the wire until I bought this one and it went through the metal wires perfectly making it possible for me to disconnect the damaged wire fencing and put up new fencing. I’m an 83 year old woman so this was no small task but this tool made it possible.

I grabbed this bolt cutter to trim wire shelving for my pantry, and it did wonders. It takes some effort, but way easier than hours with a hacksaw—or sparks flying from a grinder. Clean cuts, no drama. Highly recommended for DIY projects like this.

Outstanding tool, if you understand what it is and what it is for. This is not really a bolt or lock cutter. It is for thick wire and similar items. I am using mine to cut up 12.5 gauge galvanized wire fencing. The wire diameter is about .085", and too thick to cut efficiently with smaller wire cutters. This tool goes right through it, comfortably, with no hand stress. I imagine it could cut somewhat thicker wire without too much trouble, but, again, this is not a true bolt cutter.Well designed, well made, easy to use. Nice clasp on the bottom for safe storage. Highly recommended.
