Q: what plug is the charging plug supposed to be used its in the 115v ac the other says 12v dc.what 1 do i use?

The unit has 2 power inputs - 120V AC for use powered by home/business commercial power & 12V DC for use in a vehicle. There is no "Charging Plug" as the unit has no batteries to charge.
