The ConcenTrace does contain a trace amount of lithium. The amount with which it occurs is .638 mg/ml. Evidence now appears to support the acceptance of lithium as an essential element for the body, and while there is not an established recommended daily dose for it, most scientists agree that 1mg is a good provisional amount. First off, the concerns that surround fluoride have to do with the man-made by-product that is often used to prevent tooth decay. The fluoride in our products is a naturally occurring fluoride, and is found in similar amounts to that which you find in the foods we consume. These amounts are well below the recommended EPA amounts (ranges from 0.022 ppm- which stands for parts per million- to 200 ppm with an average amount of 62 ppm, again, well below the amount the FDA has stated as concerning). The second important thing I want you to understand is that trace minerals work together when taken in balance, to help keep one another in check so that no one trace mineral becomes toxic. Unfortunately, the man-made by-product fluoride is out of balance with the other trace minerals, and as such can easily become a problem when we are talking about toxicity. Print on the bottle is very small but these are all naturally occurring minerals this is the best stuff only go with 2 to 4 drops per 8-ounce glass the exact minerals are on their website I believe it's about seventy two different minerals mostly magnesium God bless
