Q: What side is the longer side? Can I choose?

The longer side is the one with the lifting storage seat not the storage drawer. No, you can not choose which side is longer that I am aware of.

Q: Can i put the pull out drawer side on either side of lift top lid one

No it has to go on that side. Unless you got really creative/handy.

Q: What’s the weight limit

Im not sure what the weight limit is but is wont be much over 200. It came missing parts and the lids dont line up with the side. Also many of the pecies weren't cut straight.
