Q: How do I determine what size to buy?

I can't remember exactly, but I think I read reviews and googled bear grips. I am 5'5 and weigh 130, I ordered size 12, they are perfect.

Q: Can these be used for bowling and cleaning or does it only help weight lifting support?

I know some bowling wraps have a plastic piece in the wrap. If you don’t need that type of support then these will work for anything you need wrist support for. Can’t go wrong with these!!

Q: When will the 18” American flag design be in stock?
