The hot chocolate itself is wonderfully smooth. It would have been great if it was not so terribly sweet. It feels like we are drinking about 6 tablespoons of sugar in one cup/ sachet.

Sugar content is just right, mixes well, good quality doesn't clump if stirred in hot water or milk, good size, makes you feel extra warm
