I have tried so many since moving into our new house with granite counter tops and this one is definitely it!! So easy to apply. After your done it feels so smooth and the water beads up on it! Now I can like our granite again!

The best sealer for that professional protection
I used the product on both my marble floors and countertops from the kitchen to the restrooms. It works fantastic. The best way to apply this is with a wide painters brush. Start at one end of your counters and apply it all around as if you was adding one coat of paint. Then work your way around and add a second layer never allowing it to dry like the label says. It took about 3 times around or 30 minutes total to complete 3 trips, and then with a very large towel start wiping the first area first and simply buff all the wetness away! It should never dry on the surface! The goal is to allow the solution to soak in for 15 minutes. The apply again after 30 minutes. I believe you can go the whole 30 minutes instead of 15 by just keep Stirring the pot by not allowing it to dry by applying more trips to keep it wet. Because it stayed wet the whole time allowing you to remove it easy using a large beach type towel. Then after an hour I took these photos showing no left over dry spots from the solution. I then sprayed water from the sink onto the countertop to see it appears as they do after a good waxing. The smell was hardly noticed and it was fast! The bottle says good for 8 years. Are they talking about the application life span? I plan to do this again in 6 months and then once a year afterwards. Why spend thousands on a rock if you’re not willing to spend under $100 to keep them lasting forever. Make it make ¢👈🏾🤣😂💪🏾💕

Easy to apply
This product was recommended by the installer of my marble vanity top. He uses it on all his marble installations. I can not compare it to other similar products but I am happy with the protection it gives my vanity top.

Perfect
Researched many different products and settled on this one. The odor wasn’t overwhelming. It was easy to use. The results were beyond fantastic. We had a new home built but within days we noticed the granite countertops had water rings from drinks and grease splatters from cooking. They absorbed everything even though we were told they were sealed already. Fed up with my builder already we decided to do this ourselves. It was easy to do. Directions were clear. We have not had anything we couldn’t wipe off the counter since using this. The counters have a nice shine too them and I don’t worry about them at all anymore.

Made a HUGE difference!!!
We recently remodeled our kitchen and added granite countertops. Long story short...we initially HATED the granite because it absorbed EVERYTHING! We thought what a costly mistake it was to choose granite. With a little investigation, I gathered the countertops had not been sealed (or properly) as they said they would. They came out and used this product. They were in and out of my house in about a half hour. It made a dramatic difference! The installer admitted that they were not sealed properly so I was happy to learn that. After they left I fell in love with my countertops. I have 2 grandkids that are here often and eat several meals/snacks a day. We have an eat-in/on extension of our island and I have the kids seats installed all the time. I've had everything from mustard to blueberries sitting on the countertops that I have discovered hours later...it wipes right up without any staining. Even left on dried coffee dribbles come up without a problem. I was told by the installer to redo in 6 months then each year after, but I didn't get around to it for about 9. I bought this on Amazon recently and reapplied it. I used a paintbrush and let dry for about 15 minutes as directed. Dried longer in some spots since it took a bit to apply. The only complaint I have is the directions say to wipe up with a dry cloth. I found I had to lightly dampen a paper towel, then use the dry microfiber cloth. Otherwise I didn't have enough muscle to remove it because the product is dried on. I bought the pint size as a little goes a long way. I will try to add pictures so you can see the size of my kitchen to gauge how much you'd need.

Mixed review
Helpful application video and customer service when issues arise. Minimal odor. More challenging and time-consuming to apply than other sealers such as 511. I would not buy again due to application process.

Used it on my super porous white marble in kitchen. A little goes a long way - I have all of it two coats with this and it’s worked wonders already.

I had ruined my quartz countertop with apple cider vinegar and it looked dull.. I had to remove the previous top surface coating and then do two coats with this sealer, it worked wonders! My countertop looks back to what it used to look like when I first got it. A little goes a long way.. and my countertop was super porous so I did do a couple more coats the next day to really seal it. It’s super easy to use, I used a sponge roller for application. The product is really runny like water so it will spatter if surrounding areas aren’t covered.

Have to watch the videos before you start working with the product.Extremely simple to use, results in a nice finish and will definitely last for a couple of months.

This product does not penetrate rock... in my case I am trying to re seal a freshly polished raw stone surface. You wipe it away as instructed and you have the same surface you started with.
