Pasta Stars, Stelline (Granoro) 500g

This pasta is really nice! It is tasty and good quality. Expiration date is a few years out, thankfully. Not a huge deal because it is pasta - but it is frustrating to order something and get it close to it's expiration date.

My daughter wanted pasta stars for her meals at daycare - just like the other kids who had the over-priced and over-processed Gerber Graduates meals with pasta stars. I was surprised to find that none of my local grocery stores carry star-shaped pasta, so I was forced to find it online. These pasta stars were a reasonable purchase/size for the price, and they cooked up easily and perfectly. The first thing we made was some home-made chicken and stars soup which is ten times better than the store-bought canned stuff. My daughter is thrilled that we can make our own at home - I'm happy knowing it tastes better and is healthier than the stuff in cans and pre-cooked.

Any age will love these. Easy to make, eat and pair with other foods. Yummy! I also enjoyed the pasta with butter and a sprinkle of salt.

After I bought this,now I’m seeing it in the stores! Still glad I bought it!

Sometimes, I like to eat this small star-shaped pasta (in italian “pastina", little pasta ) in broth. The brand is italian, the taste and the quality is good. I definitely recommend it 👍🏻
