The Lizzie McGuire Movie

When we first saw the animations, we were like... uhhhh..... But years later and maybe 50 viewings, this is a heartwarming light awesome film, and a really balanced cast, script, and overall production. Very safe for kids but very adult friendly. This is perfect bedtime sleep through viewing as well. No loud noises or bad stuff. Lots of pleasant music.

I thought Lizzie McGuire was such a cute movie. I love Hilary Duff and her sister Haley. I helped them one time when working at Neiman Marcus and they were both so nice. I think that speaks very highly of a person. Hillary is rock ‘n’ roll and wonderful! Lizzie McGuire is great for kids to watch as well as adults.

Okay, so today is Mother's Day. My youngest is now a Senior in college. Heard a blip of the big finale song from this movie on social earlier, so decided to stream it just to feel nostalgic. My (now grown) children stopped by to bring me flowers, and saw this playing. Even after all these years, they knew every line LOL Just like Blues Clues and Power Puff Girls, most kids who grew up in the late 90's to early 2000's are very familiar with Lizzy McGuire's movie and tv show. Gave us all the 'warm and fuzzy's'----me most of all. Give it a watch. he kids are all young and fresh-faced;m and Rome is still lovely. This is what dreams are made of. :)

I grew up watching the Lizzie McGuire TV show and I think the movie is just as good. Everyone seems to be complaining about how unrealistic it is- it's a Disney movie, so it's to be expected. Of course none of it could happen in real life, but that's all the fun of watching it! There'd be no point in watching a movie where she goes on a normal trip and nothing happens, that'd be boring. If all you want is to enjoy some harmless Disney fluff that's fun and not supposed to be taken too seriously, I think you'll really enjoy this film. If you want a movie that is realistic and serious, you'll be disappointed. If you know what kind of a film you're watching beforehand, you'll know what to expect. Anyway, I think it's a great classic Disney film, very entertaining, fun, and enjoyable and some great music too. The scenery in Italy is also very beautiful.

Use to love Lizzie McGuire and Hilary Duff in my early teens, was so happy you can still get this film on DVD, brings back some memories, LOVE it!.

Tratta di Lizzie Mcguire che parte insieme ai compagni di classe per Roma, dove viene scambiata per Isabella, una cantante famosa di un duo pop italiano, e si ritrova a sostituirla, attratta dall'altro cantante del duo, Paolo. La spedizione è stata veloce e il prezzo ottimo. Consigliato!

I was not sure if this movie was too 'teen' for me, but I still love it despite being too old... I enjoyed particularly the views from Rome where I lived several years, they are amazing and with musical with the actress it caught the ambiance from this beautiful city... If you want to 'visit' Rome you should definitely watch Lizzie McGuire.
