I have tried most of the shoe lifts on Amazon and this has proved to be the best! I am a female and this lift works perfectly in my running shoe! I never have to adjust it and it is very comfortable. At last a lift that works for me!!

Cheaply made. Slightly narrow. Comfortable, no pain in heel or toe. They don't stick together well, but preparation was easy. No lace or shoe distortion! Only complaint is that the 1-1.5in that it gives you is not quite enough (compresses when on).

Overall, they work to add height as advertised. However, in order to use the higher settings you must be wearing high tops or your foot will slip out. So, as for quality and fit they get 4 stars, but I can't give them the because of limitions on shoes you can wear

The vendor advertises as wide but they are narrow crap- uncomfortable hard product.

This is great. They are surprisingly comfortable and super easy to use. Used these for a week and I’ve forgotten they’re in there. They give me the confidence I need in my height after feeling self conscious for years

I have a shorter left leg due to a car accident and am constantly trying to get a lift with the appropriate height. these have 2 additional lift attachments so there is actually 3 different heights possible. now if I could just find some that you can get for one side only and not both

Great fit for my footwear, no need to trim. The ability to select the correct thickness is great. At last I am walking properly with my now short leg after breaking my hip.

After knee replacement, my right leg was 1.5" shorter than my left leg. I could not walk straight. I then found out the surgeon had to re-align my ligaments within my knee in replacing the knee, so then realized this alignment would not be working with my left side pulling the other leg downward. In April I do go for the other knee, so in the meantime I looked for a way to increase my height on this one leg, and this purchase was just what the leg needed to add the length needed to take the stress off of the new knee and the redone alighnment. The pain went away. This to me is a temp fix, but can be a permanent fix for any person. For women the size of the insole fits perfectly into Clarke shoes. I only get to use one, but it's well worth the cost. LOL

I am reaching heights I never did before with these. The sky is the limit. Onwards and upwards.
