These are well built bands. I love the protective nylon covering over the bands. The handles and loop options are also built well. This is a really great set and has several intensities. Im a personal trainer and have these in my home gym.

If you are looking for good resistance bands for your workouts but don't want to spend a lot of money on brand names, these are a MUST. I bought these due to other bands snapping and getting hit by it. I can workout comfortably knowing these won't do that with the nylon covers to protect you from it. The different colored bands help figuring out what weight resistance you want to work at unlike others that just say light, medium, heavy. Been using them for a couple of weeks and still going no band snaps or breaks. They do put your body to work, my only issue is the handles are a bit small if you have big hands, but a simple handle swap out is all you need. The price isn't bad either and I paid more for others that broke after a few a workouts!

Good product and portable with the bag. Comes with workout examples via email. The only problem are: 1) finding the middle of the band takes time and interups the workout at every set. This is base on the safety wrap not stretching evenly to both sides. Making one side stop short and not getting full range of motion. I had to fully streach each band evenly on the anchor and mark the middle with a sharpie for quick reference. 2) the ankle straps are comfy and the velcro holds, but the hook gets turn around on the ankle strap by the band when in use. Causing a pressure point. Other than that good product.

I bought several brands of resistance bands for my home gym in 2020. I work out every day except sundays across multiple fitness dimensions. I use these bands at least 3 times a week. Other resistance bands, specifically unshielded bands, broke within the first year. I still have all 4 bands from this set and they are still going strong. Outstanding production quality, lifetime, and design. Highly recommend.

Everything works great multiple use of workouts.

I am very pleased with the quality of the is product. After searching for and reading reviews on resistance bands, I was worried I would be disappointed. However, these are great home workout resistance bands for people wanting to stay fit etc.These are not commercial gym quality resistance bands and they don't pretend to be.Also, I could care less whether the 30lb. bands pulls 30, or 25lbs. Since you can mix and match, doubling up, you should just create the resistance you want.I've had them for two days. I use them about every hour for about 5-8 minutes doing different exercises as I work from home.I would recommend them to anyone for everyday home workouts.

Great product but I didnt get the yellow band :(

I really like using the resistant band to work out at my place. I can add different ones to get the resistance I need and want. I did have one issue with the bands. I noticed that they rubber end that keeps the band attached to the hook, started moving. It holds the two pieces together. I just pulled it down when I saw it moving. I do not think it will affect its use, but keep an eye on it just in case. Overall, I like using these bands for a good workout at my place or any where.
