Buy chart only, not this kit
The course and test require high levels of precision. The tools that come in this kit are not up to the task. The divider has slop. The plotter has to be taped down to keep it from moving. I recommend buying the chart by itself and getting higher quality tools - Weems and Plath seem to be the gold standard.
