Love, love, love this phone case. Slips into back pocket very easily. Adds just minimal thickness to the phone. Very sturdy. I used to buy a very similar case as this one, but had to replace it every 2-3 months. I’ve had this one for awhile and it hasn’t broken, or even cracked. April 2020 Update: Cleaning the case with an alcohol wipe faded the red quite a bit. However, I like the case so much that I replaced it with a gold one.

I find X-Level cases to be thinner than most TPU cases while still offering protection from minor bumps and scratches. X-Level cases also have a very clean design which I appreciate. They also have a good choice of colors; love the Blue. I do wish there was a little more texture for more grip but it's not too bad.

I am editing my original review of one star. After receiving the product I experienced some of the colour rubbing off and wrote a review. However, the company reached out to me and sent me a new one, it is clear to me that they are concerned with customer satisfaction and improving their product. After more experience with the product, I can say that because of the slight peeling I expected the case to be just like others I've had in the past from Amazon that completely peel off, however the peeling has remained only around the edges and the back still looks mostly perfect. I initially had issues with dust entering the case as another user mentioned but I now realize that only happens with certain pockets. Overall, I think the product is actually quite nice for the price and the company seems very willing to address any issues faced with it so therefore I cannot fault it very much.

Perfect iphone case for me. The phone case is super thin and it adds no additional weight or thickness when I hold it.Because of its. soft material it's easy to install and take off.From my experience button cover very comfortable and easy to press on this case thickness.No issues with wireless charger.

The green color looks excellent, similar to the green offered in the new iPhone 11 Pro. The case fits and lines up well with the phone. It is a thin low-profile case which is what I wanted.

Overall the case is fine, I love the color and the look of it, but I have replaced my screen protector 3 times already and I have only had it for a few months. I don't feel like I drop my phone all that often but I haven't had to replace my screen protector this frequently with any other case that I have used!

The case is smooth and beautiful.I have this case for a week and it's always in good using.Several times it fell off from my hand,I was happy that my phone is complete and no defect.Every time it slides to my pocket easily and offer convenience for me.I love its design so much.

I am really happily surprised with this phone case! It exceded my expectations! I love it! The colour I got is Winered and it is rich and gorgeous burgandy purple, kind of metalic looking. The texture is like a silky rubber, and so it feels really nice in the hand. And this case is sleek and slim, and yet really covers the phone perfectly. And I love that the buttons still work really well - with some cases, the buttons don't work as well. So definetely a 5 star rating! Especially for how inexpensive this case is versus it's quality!
