All Pond Solutions EF/EFX/EFX+ External Filter Inlet/Outlet Tap O-Ring Replacement (1000EF / 14000EF / EF1 / EF2)

A really great spare to get for our highly regarded 1000EF. The BUT being as this supports both the inlet and outlet of the filter, why is it only supplied as a single O ring and not as a pair? If you replace one you would replace the other. or have I been supplied with the incorrect qty, I have an e-mail on the way to the Supplier. Will be back. But a valuable spare to have to support an excellent filter, recently reviewed in Practical Fishkeeping compared to other major manufactures.I have now had a response from APS who state that the item page on Amazon clearly states 1 piece, which it does. Having 60 years experience in Fishkeeping across a whole variety of species/environments, I would never ever replace 1 o-ring in any filter but would always replace the 2 at the same time, that is not only based on years of experiance but is also based on common sense. So come on APS sell them in packs of 2.

Now I know it says in the description that only one is supplied, but what a rip off this is. £4 for one o-ring? Who ever replaces only one o-ring? I bought it when my filter started leaking didn't even occur to me that they meant 1 o-ring not one set. Delivery took more than a week. Luckily I went to my local hardware store and bought a pack of 5 for £1.50 long before this arrived and is even better fit then the original one.
