I've sewn for nearly 60 years, and at one time used metal snaps, which I found awkward, so avoided. Recently I started doing small projects like coin purses, accessory pouches, reusable snack bags and the like and it seemed the best closure for my purposes was snaps. I bought this set, and now I can't stop snapping things. I make things just to be able to use the snap clamp. My life is change! Okay, not quite, but .... !The included snaps are a good general size (is seems they come one size smaller and bigger), and durable. The clamp tool is sturdy and works very well. I use both hands to clamp, but I have arthritis and weak hands, most people could probably do it easily with one hand. The only con with it is that for bulky items, it is harder to apply because it doesn't open real wide. Not a deal breaker, just noticed it.Overall, I am gleefully pleased with the whole set and would recommend.

This is so easy to use. I love all the color snaps it comes with! I use them for homemade cloth menstural pads and homemade fitted cloth diapers. They are very strong snaps too. Plus it comes with a pair of snipers that work so well!

I love this plastic snap system. I was looking for more things to add snaps to after having such a fun time using it. It came with 2 storage cases, one for the snap pieces and one for the tools. When my order arrived, the case for the tools had been shattered on one corner and left it unable to be securely shut on that side. I didn't want to send the whole product back for an exchange, so I asked the company for a replacement case for the tools. I also sent photos. I never heard anything back from them.

This is such an easy tool to use, and it sets the snaps well. The variety of colors on the snaps is terrific and I seem to have colors to match with all my fabrics, and it came with plenty of each color. Awesome value and quality. The extras are great too - the tool kit for the setter, extra heads, snips, and a carry case each for the tool and snaps.

I liked that they are easy to use. It's hard to find the ones with the longer point to insert into thicker items as these regular sized ones will not work.

These snaps are easy to use. However, they came with no instruction sheet. I had one of my friends show me how to use it the first time.
