I bought this hour meter for my Generac generator. The generator is about 8 years old and I don't think the original hour meter ever worked. A bit outside the warranty period. So I bought this unit. It's just a tad bigger width-wise, so I had to widen the opening with a file. The generator has about 70 hours use on it, most of it recent. So I preset the hour meter by connecting it to a laptop battery charger for a few days. Nice that this unit runs AC or DC, 5V to something like 240 volts. Easy to read and way cheaper than getting a Generac OEM part for almost 60 bucks. I recommend this unit.

Thought it was a good product worked for 3 years, quit working after 158 hours.

the unit stopped counting hours just before the 2 year warranty ran out and graciously replaced it. Thank you! Good customer service anyway.

This was a perfect fit for my zero turn mower. This particular unit displays the current hours with the key off as well.

The ad made you think you were getting 2 meters 1 packages of 2. But you only get 1.we will see how long it lasts there's a battery but no way to change it.

great little hour meter that I use to keep track of hours on my compressor .... also a great price!

Toro's hour meter option is $60+. This one will drop in the panel hole. The fit is a little tight but it goes. You will need to cut off the factory plug and use the included terminals.
