Have been using it for my customer’s environment, they are so happy with the firewall, easy management, with good reports everyday. Only down side is the layer 7 advertising blocking , will cause the yahoo mail cannot login or page cannot load

I suppose it's on me to not research this and presume that when you bought the hardware it did something for the purchase price. This requires an additional management license to work that you must purchase from a cisco reseller in some manner. Hopefully not a big deal... just annoying it's not already included and something you should certainly understand that didn't seem to be explicitly stated in the description.
