Seven Blossoms Tea, 24 ct

This is a good tea. It’s got rare ingredients you won’t see in any other tea. The odd smell is the valerian root. It’s got the funkiest smell you’ll ever encounter, but it’s normal. It is very relaxing. Yes this is more expensive than at the store, but my local stores never sell it.

This tea helps me relax when I have sleepless nights. It tastes better with a little sugar and it was way cheaper on Amazon than at the supermarket.

It’s like a magic eraser for your central nervous system.

A friend recommended it as a sleep aid. She told me to steep it for 7 minutes and drink it in the evening and that it helped her get and stay asleep. I have lots of problems with sleep and don't like to take Ambien frequently and benedryl makes me crazy and is also tough on the kidneys so I gave this a try. It smells awful. It doesn't taste that terrible. It does seem to be relaxing and I feel like I am sleeping better with it. It isn't magic like a sleeping pill. zonk. But my sense is that I sleep better with it. Enough so, that I am on my second box.

I have it 5 stars because it actually works for me, but I think it’s overly priced, almost 8 dollars? Really? I could go to my local Spanish supermarket and get it for half price, other than that, this product works, helps with anxiety

I absolutely love this tea- it was recommended to me by a friend and I could never find it in local stores so I ordered it here. Helps me sleep all through the night & is the perfect addition to my bedtime routine. I don’t wake up feeling groggy or drowsy in the morning. I add a little honey to sweeten it & use 2 tea bags to make it stronger. I do wish Amazon would stop shipping it in an envelope because the box is always crushed but the bags are individually sealed and totally fine so it’s not too big of a deal.

I am not sure if it helps me sleep or not but it tastes delicious. I love the flavor.
