Sure it’s not an over priced box of wipes, but this stuff will last you awhile. It can be used before or after coloring or both, what I like about it is that I can apply it to clients face, ears, etc and it creates a barrier where color won’t stain the skin, but the color still does its job on the grey (or whatever color) hairs- it doesn’t fill the porosity of the hairs and prevent it from taking the color. I absolutely use this on every client that gets black or dark brown for sure- clients aren’t paying me to dye their skin! They don’t deserve to pay me and then have to go clean up afterward. This really helps set me apart from other stylists in that way.

Best stain remover! I put this on before applying root color and sometimes a little to remove the color after processing. Works like magic

I've been using this product for a while now works every single time gets the color off May have to scrub a little bit on dark browns and blacks that comes off fairly easily.

Honestly, it’s OK and if I really work hard on my application which is impeccable, it kind of works OK. I have no idea if it’s any different than using dawn dish soap as a barrier and then using dawn dish soap to remove the color from the hairline.

Best stain remover doesn’t irritate. The skin works very well.

I use this product everyday in the salon I work at. It works well for me. This bottle didn’t have a seal other than the cap. It was just over half full because it had leaked.

I've been coloring my own hair at home for years. Somebody suggests that I buy a skin color protector. So I decided to give this product a try. Product is like water-based. When you apply it to your fingers it drips off. I placed a generous amount around my hairline. And colored my hair like normal. Upon rinsing and drying I noticed that there was still a lot of staining around my face. In my honest opinion, I didn't notice much improvement from my previous times that I've dyed my hair without the protector. I don't see myself buying this item again.

Found it too wattery. Was expecting it to be more like a cream.
