Great tasting nuts. I do keep them in the frig. I only eat 2 - 3 a day to get a natural source of selenium. If you have a low thyroid and take medicine, eating a few brazil nuts each day is supposed to help the prescription be more effective. I have ordered a few times now. I wasn't able to find them in stores.

Love these! I never liked Brazil nuts before, maybe I like these because they are raw... and no poisons.? Anyway, it's recommended when you are taking iodine for thyroid that you also take Selenium or eat 2 brazil nuts each day to protect your brain, as I understand it. Anyway, been very happy with these!

After trying other brands of unsalted, raw Brazil nuts, TerraSoul Organic Brazil Nuts seem to be the freshest and tastiest. They go in my daily snack packs that contain raw, unsalted brazil, almond, pumpkin seeds, and unsalted roasted cashews. I've bought a couple of these bags of Brazil nuts, and I love them! They're always fresh, and I really appreciate being able to get such a large bag since Brazil nuts are surprisingly hard to find in stores. I like to eat about three a day to get my selenium for thyroid support. Will definitely buy again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable source of Brazil nuts.

No comparison❣️ these nuts are really good! I was ordering a different brand for a year or so and I was just seeing him for health benefits. I did not like the taste half the time they tasted stale and had an odd after taste. These are delicious creamy, buttery, crunchy nuts! So I can enjoy eating them while I am helping my health. Also, the other brand were broken, some were whole, but most were broken pieces. These are whole, I looked through the see-through panel and they are a full bag of whole deliciousnuts.😋

I really like this product and have ordered it twice. A few of these per day provides natural sellenium versus taking a supplement.
