This is quite pokey stuff, it really does ease muscular aches and pains quite well, yes it’s a bit pricey but it’s worth it

Quick relief from pain and discomfort
My husband has been experiencing hip and knee pain and regularly applies this cream, which he says definitely offers relief from discomfort and aids ease of movement. It is easy to apply, does not leave sticky residue or stain clothing and provides pain relief quickly. Although it is not cheap, it does offer value for money because it works quickly and the pain relief is long lasting. My husband prefers this over other brands he has tried.
