Amazon has it at a good price and now I do not buy it from Indian grocery stores.

The Best psyllium husk in the market! It is from India. quality is pretty good, very white and clean. I have been trying many brands. So far , this brand is the best. I will discard all other brands such as "Now" “Yerba Prima”

Psyllium husks have been part of my morning routine for years, not to solve any GI issues, but to maintain and enhance health. I like this particular brand because it mixes well in water (and I'm sure it would also be fine in yogurt as other reviewers have testified) and it has a neutral taste. I also love that it's available through Subscribe & Save, making it even more inexpensive. Win/win all around.

I love this stuff. It's the most effective thing I've ever used for constipation, bloating etc. It flattens your stomach out, which is great!!
