Love this dough enhancer.
Ever since I've been using this dough enhancer, my breads turned out amazing, raised well and the texture was so wonderful. Yes, hubby laughs when I talk about texture with the food we eat, yet even he agrees that the bread turns out better than without it. All it takes is 1 - 1/5 Tbsp of this dough enhancer powder for a 1.5 - 2 lb loaf of bread and voila. You can't get a better bread anywhere else than the one you made at home, which is our experience.

It works great with whole wheat flour and a bread machine.
My whole wheat loaves were dense, edible but not pleasant looking, a 2-pound loaf was solid enough to use as a weapon. Zojirushi suggested I try a dough enhancer - never heard of it before - I chose this one for what seemed to be the best (i.e., non-toxic) ingredients. There's a learning curve - not enough doesn't work, too much works so well the bread kind of falls apart, but I've got it just about right now, which believe it or not is to follow the instructions! I know, weird, huh? Who'dathunk? OK, maybe I use a little more than 2 tsp for a 2-lb loaf made in the bread machine, and the formerly heavy bread weighs the same but has a much lighter, airier texture and rises better. I couldn't ask for better results.

It really works
I have been pleased with the results in my bread. It makes the dough rise. Much better! The loaves are much bigger and the taste is excellent. I would recommend this product.

Just wow!
I’ve tried making bread that could contend with store bought bakery items and have never been able to achieve the same results until I used this enhancer. It’s a game changer! I did a dough cycle in my bread machine and finished by baking dinner rolls. I couldn’t believe the end product. Hands down the best bread I’ve ever made. Soft chewy moist a beautiful crust.

This is NOT GLUTEN FREE.........not when it is made in a factory with WHEAT
When you search for Gluten free dough enhancer this comes up, and it is made in a factory with wheat and nuts, that makes it not gluten free , it may not have gluten in it , but being made in a factory that makes wheat , not good , that should be posted when buying this product ...misleading .. I'am sure it works fine for someone who can have wheat .... I would not have bought this ... my daughter even touches wheat she breaks out in a rash.......not saying its a bad product at all , it might be great , but I can not take the chance of a reaction to this . might put my daughter in the hospital...

Great for bread baking
I make sourdough bread all the time. This enhancer made the crumb softer & the softness lasted longer. The crust came out lighter & crispier . I loved it for certain types of bread, like Italian & French loaves. I will buy it again.
