Nielsen-Massey No Sugar Added Pure Vanilla Extract for Baking and Cooking, 4 Ounce Bottle

Made vanilla ice cream with this and it taste wonderful. If you are excited about getting this in a gift box don't be as mine only came bubble wrapped, which is fine by me. Probably was better off then it didn't get broken in the mail. Would recommend trying. Tastes better than other brands I've had. The vanilla doesn't smell as good out of the bottle as others but all that matters to me is taste. And it tastes good.

I have purchased over 100 boxes of N.M. vanilla. (The photos show the beautiful gift boxes they come in...even the cat approves!) You can also see that i have tried most of their vanillas. Speaking of, most of their vanillas have the slightest hint of sugar. I CAN'T HAVE SUGAR and their vanillas contain such a small amount, that it's not a problem. I actually reached out to the company about this some time ago. After doing the math I felt silly inquiring but they should not affect blood sugar. Regardless, if you still want something with absolutely no sugar you have this vanilla! Where does it stand? Their Madagascar vanilla is better. I don't think it's because of the sugar but maybe because it is made from one varietal of bean. However, this vanilla is still better than any other brand I have had in the same price point. It's definitely quality!

As someone who follows Bright Lines Eating it is important to have a No Sugar version of this vanilla extract.It may seem more bitter at first, but our taste buds get used to it, and we are left with the delicious vanilla taste.I use it in my coffee, but could be used on vegetables or protein as well.

Got this as a fun gift. Thought there would be a difference in taste but there wasn't!

I love to bake and go through a lot of vanilla. Decided I'd start my own homemade extract. but it took awhile to collect (afford) the beans, jars, vodka. Then I found out the recipes call for 18 to 24 months to develop! I'm still moving forward with my plans but in the meantime I needed vanilla extract so I decided to try the N-M brand. I always read the reviews and there were a few awful ones and it put me off, but finally gave in and bought a bottle. It is just wonderful and I'm glad I bought it. It is seriously expensive so I hope my homemade project turns out to be a success but I guess I won't find out for two years! In the meantime this is good stuff.
