A complete guide on yoga practices. No need to go any yoga class, just follow the rules and steps and you can practice yoga at home easily. Best Yoga book I have ever seen. But I am little disappointed with the condition of the book, which looks like a used book. So, reduce one star.

Simply too good. This book is excellent if you are a serious yoga practitioner. Step by step illustration, detailing of minor and major steps to accurate once practise in Yoga. It also includes a proper guidance on Pranayama and healthy Veg recipes. Quality of print is excellent worth the price you are paying.

Must have for yoga learner's and teachers. Well explained procedure with step by step colorful photos.

Product was packed properly and in good condition.The book illustrates different poses of yoga in colour and in detailed explanation. The poses have English caption (i.e not the actual name of the asana in Sanskrit). But proper procedure is followed. The book also covers Pranayama.Additionally has Diet plans. Supplement of healthy recipes too.

I received the book in good condition and the book is really good.However this should not be tried by beginners.I was shown a book with specification as 400 + pages but the one i received is just 256 pages. I am not sure which is the latest one and why amazon is showing two different books in the same page.One is 256 pages and the other 400 + pages.I am not sure which is the latest edition. If Amazon clarifies it will help other buyers too.I am bringing down one star for this confusion
