Flojet 20403-040 - Diaphragm Kit

Repair kit has been installed and functioning as the original pumps capacity. Very satisfied although a spanner tool would help is support tightening the plungers.

Perfect Flojet 1202.1050 04406-143A Quad Water Pump diaphragm rebuild kit. Old Floject Viton valves slowly deteriorate and lose suction and pump function after spraying herbicide and insecticides for years. The electric motor shaft bearing was also rusty and the shaft was grinding on rotation. After thoroughly lubricating the bearing and installing the new diaphram kit, my quad valve Flojet is again pumping smoothly and powerfully. This is my second kit in 20 years of heavy use. If chemicals are washed out with pure water and then theflojet is pumped dry after each use, Viton valves and diaphrams can last for decades.

I’m not sure mine even needed to be rebuilt on my RV pump because after closer inspection, I saw a crack in the housing that I was able to fix. But I went ahead and rebuilt it anyway since it only took a minute. Kit fit very well with no issues.

Fixed the pump for a fraction of the cost of a new pump.

Marginal instructions and after it all It did not pump. Need to also replace the check valve that is not supplied. SOoo
