Excellently designed and with understandable instructions this rebounder took about 15 minutes to put together.Made of quality metal, parts are clearly labeled and holes are accurately drilled. Honestly, it's one of the easiest pieces of equipment we've put together.All pieces are secured thru screw bolts and should be checked for tightness every few months, more if it is moved frequently.Once together it is comfortable to use; has a nice low impact bounce to it. The stability bar does not get in the way but is there if you feel the need to hold on. The elastic bands can be used while standing still or jumping and can be tucked under the rebounder when not in use.I've not had the need to fold and unfold the rebounder since we moved it to its home in the basement but it was not that difficult right out of the box although it did take two people because of its size more than need of strength.It bounces smoothly, not jarring joints. Exercise is now fun again.

Just a beginner bouncer , but needed something to get some exercise instead of doing nothing. My friend recommended getting one so l did, l have started slowly and building up. I feel stronger, and feel more energetic each day after using it . My sister even ordered one and even ordered her daughter one after l got one because of telling her how l needed something to get moving and how my friend said it helped her so much and that was what we all needed...definitely makes you feel better. Recommend wearing tennis shoes when using , I'm flat footed and my feet hurt but with my Hobibear shoes on and bouncing it doesn't hurt them at all. But really enjoy my rebounder.

My husband and I LOVE my new rebounder trampoline !!! I wish I would have seen the videos for this piece of equipment sooner. Within a couple days, I could feel the release of stress, with just the simplest pushing down on the mat with the toes of your feet. You don't have to jump to feel the overall body experience.Of course, me being such a LUCY, as in I LOVE LUCY, I had a few LUCY moments, trying to initially open the mat, almost being eaten up by the large VENUS FLY TRAP, and had to get my husband to help with that part of the assembly, but the rest was very easy to put together myself with some dexterity of fingers, and strength of hands.I was happy it came with all the bungies already attached, and just needing spaced evenly around the circle bar.I am also very happy that I settled on this particular one, and would recommend it to others.NOTE: I will NOT be folding it up ever again :) LOL!

Would like for it to be more sturdy and to have caps on everything touching the floor.
