Below is review from first experience from around 2022 and at top here is my update written September 2024.Unfortunately.y 2nd experience with this product was poor. I think some cables are not so secure. My first one was worth the price as it lasted one year being used everyday so that's good. So I got 2nd spare unbreakable cable out two days ago because old one at last stopped working. Unfortunately I dropped my phone that it was plugged into and the head of cable snapped off - from one drop on floor about a metre from floor. That is not unbreakable. So I do think you need but of luck as there maybe variation in durability and strength on the metal insert parts of cable. I'm not sure price is fair on this basis. I will get cheaper one.Original review from 2022...Pleasantly surprised by this product. First impressions the connection joints look strong and sleek, the 2m cord has a reassuring hard, textured and flexible surface. 2 meters is perfect length and the product feels versatile and reliable.I bought to replace the original manufacturer's chord for my favourite overhead headphones. I use my headphones alot and am getting rather annoyed with flimsy connections on most headphone leads resulting in shortish life spans. The original chord on my headphones is flimsy and has a answer phone button on the lead which makes the whole experience of using it unreliable (sound cutting out if bend chord certain way.) I have tried in my pc, phone, TV and MP3 player and the connection is sweet in all of them.I think the unbreakable logo and claim seems pretty reliable on first impression....so here's hoping it lasts as long as it claims. But first impression fantastic!If lasts longer than others I will be buying several for my family to use.

Excellent quality for the price, well worth it.

This cable was for my PC speakers (Creative Gigaworks T40) as the old cable had broken. The sound quality is fine (I'm not an audiphile and haven't run tests; I just listen) and the cable itself seems very durable. The connector prevents the cable being strained if you turn the speakers to face a different direction which is a good thing (as I do this quite often). The cable is braided and that also seems like it will be more durable and it also stops it getting hung up in other cables. I haven't had it for long enough to really comment on the durablility so I will update in a year or so.

I use this mainly to play music off an iPad into a guitar load box / IR as backing / jam tracks. The sound quality is great, and the length is handy for all home practice uses, any live application might need a longer cable!Both ends feel of superior quality to a plastic cased one I had previous, no 'pop' noise in plugging in or out, or when the cable twists. Does all I need it to do well!

Long lasting. great connection every time

I bought this a number of years ago (maybe 5) and it’s still not broken

Unfortunately my cable had a fault but it was after some time so I thought I'd see if I could arrange a replacement.Contacted the manufacturer via the seller and must say I was very impressed with the service and they arranged a replacement very promptly.This for me is what makes a purchase when you have that piece of mind of knowing you're protected.The cable is really good and I use it with my Headphones on PS5 delivers fantastic performance so chuffed to bits will buy again for sure.

Broke after 3 months, the snapped off section is wedged in the tablet it was connected to at the time, which so far has stubbornly refused to come out. Not ideal.Edit - They refunded the cable without any fuss. Adjusted to 3*
