The operating software does not get installed on the laptop.
The fingerprint scanner is ok but the operating software contained in the CD does not get installed on the laptop. So, the item is not usable. I feel like cheated by the seller. Amazon should follow up with the seller.

better do NOT purchase NITGEN Finger print scanner
It is NOT possible to install the scanner on Windows 7, 64 Bit version because only UNSIGNED driver of the scanner is available and 64 Bit Windows does NOT accept installation of any device with UNSIGNED driver. So, better do NOT purchase NITGEN Finger print scanner. Even such a big and famous company does not bother to supply digitally signed driver for the product.

had bought this fingerprint scanner how I could not install it the product came well packaged the product also look the very good however I could not install it and get it to work did not have time so return the product

Horrible Horrible Horrible product as well as company
Horrible, Horrible, Horrible product. Tried everything with the drivers and RD service and calling the support. The support team is the worst. Asked me to contact the seller even after sending them all the details. Never ever, Ever, Ever buy a Bioenabletech product. They suck.

How to return the product
Even after registration with OEM with RS 300/- RD registration not I talked hence I would like to return the product
