It works. It’s very stiff, so hard to tighten around the waist at first. The waist cord feels very thin, so who knows about durability. Between this and the advanced spray skirt, go with the advanced. There’s almost no weight or space savings, and the shoulder straps on the advanced really help.

Not as nice as the older version, which had a pocket and suspender straps.

The chest cord does not tighten enough. In my case, the whole perimeter is at least 10cm from my chest.

buyer beware. the fabric of this skirt is so stiff and boardy that it is basically useless as a skirt. it is difficult to fit to the kayak, even more difficult to install and once installed it easily and frequently comes undone from the kayak. i would not recommend anyone buy this product. there are other manufactures who make sized skirts that fit well, have softer fabric and with lots of additional features. spend more and buy one of those.

The fabric is too stiff and plasticky. Almost impossible to fit correctly over the soft inflatable coamings, and it comes off after a minute. Also, the upper fit is too loose... I can't get it to fit tight on my chest even with the PFD on, and I'm a fat guy!DO NOT BUY THIS THING!

D'abord, sachez que les jupettes de Advanced Elements sont faites pour être portées par-dessus le VFI. Mais même en serrant le cordon au max, cette jupette n'est pas "tight" avec mon VFI et a tendance à redescendre un peu.Le modèle avec les bretelles est plus pratique : non seulement les bretelles tiennent mieux la jupette en place, il y a aussi une petite poche pour un accès rapide aux petits objets qu'on veut avoir rapidement à portée de main.

The skirt is not the issue, the way the boat is designed causes water to leak in regardless of how good the skirt fits. Basically will need to find a way to prop up areas that are low on the boat so water doesn’t leak in

Too big... made for 300 lb person in diameter I think; clunky; stiff; and useless
