Good product but initial setup such as drivers, etc is confusing!
The product build quality and delivery were good, all in good condition with no damages. My main issue was setting up the drivers on my Windows 11 PC with Arduino IDE's latest version! The backside of the board has some incorrect and redundant installation instructions! This board is newer but the install instructions for the drivers, etc are for the older board! The board says we need to install the "CP2102" driver! I spent 2 days trying to install this driver but every single time it just failed and I kept getting errors in Arduino IDE! Later after some more research, I found out that the driver that was needed to run this board was actually the "CH9102 Driver" and not the CP2102 driver as mentioned on the board (I found this on a blog called "ESP32 Searial Drivers" on Mechstatic Website where it clearly says some newer board may require the CH9102 driver)! This one tiny detail wasted two whole days of debugging and trying different solutions. The manufacturer or seller should have mentioned these steps on the product page! Finally, I installed the CH9102 driver from the official manufacturer's (CHN) website (it comes as a CH343SER.ZIP file, just Google it up). It basically contains an installer executable file for Windows users which installs effortlessly. Once this driver is installed, just go to Arduino IDE, install the esp8266 boards from board manager (search Google how to do this it is very easy), and then from available boards under the esp8266 category select the "Generic ESP8266 Module" as the board (Check attached picture). Select the correct port where you have connected the ESP8266 NodeMCU board. Once done, just select a sample sketch (Blink LED, etc) and compile it. There should be no errors and the blinking LED code runs successfully! (Check the compilation image above and the video of blinking LED light program running successfully!) This is how you set up this ESP8266 board on a Windows 11 PC to run any code. Hope this helps other people!

Variant ESP8266 CP2102
I like the product no quality issues found got it for just ₹253/- I'm quite surprised that it supports 5GHz band wifi. No heating issue and breadboard friendly. Using it to control my addressable WS2812B led strip. Works like a charm with WLED software. Wifi range is also good. Came in a candy wrapper like package with Styrofoam attached on the pins for shipping safety. Nice minimal packaging used. This device can be used for deauther also works like a 😈 Anyways I am happy with my purchase. Keep developing your DIY projects.

Reasonably priced
This is the cheapest NodeMCU I could find on Amazon. Works as expected, no problems whatsoever. The only issue I faced was with the drivers for the USB to UART chip. Contrary to what the product description says and the instruction about the driver printed on the PCB itself (check picture), the device uses a completely different chip and has its own driver. So I would suggest checking the USB to UART chip markings if you are unable to get the drivers working. Install the appropriate driver and it should work correctly like it did for me. Setting up Arduino environment for NodeMCU is really easy and there are well explained guides in the form of videos and blogs to do just that.
