Best food processor

Before Purchase I was inclined towards Philips Food processor due to its geared rotation at low speed, but its height was very high for my wife so we purchased this Morphy Richards one. After 1 month of Purchase - It can't make banana shake with 1 banana. Yes, somehow their Jars are pathetic and can't make less stuff unless you fill them in good quantity. - Today, my wife tried to make cake and was blending ingredients, Smoke started coming from mixer I immediately turned it off. Branded product worth 10k gone in a giffy. Will post about service experience soon. Update 1: - A technician came from service centre, replaces the motor, it got fixed in warranty, working fine now. - To make a shake with 1 banana, you've to add milk & banana all together to increase its quantity so it can start spinning. Update 2: After ~1.5yr, Shake jar started leaking. Upon asking customer care, they said spare parts are sold by agencies directly. Agency asked for 1530 for replacement, No fix. for a grinder worth ~10k, you've to pay 1500 every 1.5 yrs, quite a high maintenance product.

The Jars (small one & the medium one) got damaged within 01 year year which was first replaced within warranty. The jars got damaged again after 01 year which was beyond the warranty period. The jars release water while in running condition and water enters the main machine. Due to this, the machine gets exposed to short circuit and internal damage. Have repaired the machine thrice in last 03 year. Absolute waste of money. Please do not buy this product.

I have been using it for more than 2.5 years and I repent buying this everytime I use it. This is the loudest mixie ever. To the extent that if there are guests at home or if someone is sleeping, you wouldn't dare to switch it on. Grinding quality is also very bad. I switched from Preethi steele after using it for a long time. Preethi is far better with respect to grinding quality. Food processor is decent and I regularly use it for kneading chopping and grating and it works fine. However, just for this one feature I wouldn't buy a mixie that doesn't serve it's main purpose. Coming to the quality of the jars, please don't expect them to last more than 2 years and you will have to buy the same jar through the company only. Overall, can't wait to change this mixie!

Worst product and customer care is more worst i am complaining from last 1 month but there is no response...no one is helpful in this not Bajaj Electricals or morphy richards coustmer care and not even amazon
