This is brilliant and works so much better than expected, with so many extras with one product for such a good price I was a little sceptical! I can very easily reach and clean my upstairs windows now with little effort and would definitely recommend this to anyone!

I was sceptical for the price but thought I'd try anyway. It works really well. The mop-like head worked great on some outside Velux windows with lichen and bird mess, and the microfibre heads are perfect for indoor use. Pole is substantial enough to withstand pushing hard without flexing. Squeegee good too.

I wanted this mainly for higher window areas that I can reach without a step ladder, and this does the job I need.... However, this telescopic cleaner only has one telescopic section, so If you want it longer, then you need to screw in the extra poles. On the positive side, the microfiber head is effective and picks up dirt well rather than just shifting it around. The rotatable head is also genuinely helpful for some windows to get the right angles, and the whole thing feels lightweight and easy to manoeuvre. It is not a bad product, but it would benefit greatly from it all being telescopic. It needs to all be kept in the box as there are so many pieces. I useful tote bag for storing it in would be useful.... It does seem that all of this style around the same price range are similar in terms of being 'telescopic', so I have decided to keep this one.... other than this issue, it is good value for money.

Surprised this has such good reviews. The head is super flexible so when using the squeegee part, it’s very hard to get continual contact down the window. It’s really “bouncy” and feels like it’s going to snap. It’s a shame as otherwise it’s ok. The quality seems good and it works well otherwise. This makes it very hard to use though.

2nd time I’ve brought this product as it was so easy to use and works brilliantly (my dog ate the first one) good quality just not dog proof lol

Not long enough to reach upstairs windows without a ladder, which rather defeats the object. However, on hearing this, seller sent an additional set free of charge which enabled me to add extra poles solving the problem. Excellent customer service!

Works great; Writing this review to contact the seller, I need the part where the head attaches to the rest of the pole; I have lost that one piece, rendering the whole thing useless. How do I get in touch with the seller to buy just that one part? Thank you.

We have two story windows in our great room and the extended pole configuration is just what I needed. Easy to handle and control at full length as well. I am still not completely sold on having the soaker and squeegee on the same head as I am sometimes getting splash from the soaker on the window when squeegeeing. It will take some getting used to to not have this happen. Otherwise good product so far, happy with the quality of build, ease of assembly and soaker/squeegee removal.
