Do exactly as they say and easy to put in and adjust. Now I can purchase new , fashionable hats for golf without the hassle of return / try again, etc, etc, etc. Soooo much easier than trying to adjust the head band inside the hat. Can’t beat it for the$$$$ or simplicity! SMC / actual purchase
