I am using this on my foot, bunion surgery. I use it to help pull my toe straight. Easy to use and it does stay on in the shower however, it does not stay on at a sandy beach which kind of make sense. I got beige so it isn't so noticeable.

Good for little aches/ pains. It sticks well. Can stay on for days. Even after showering. Just pat it dry.

I use this to keep my knee supported. If you need to change tape more often, this adhesion is just right. It will last a full day or two.

I used it a couple times without issue. This last time I used it, I noticed the ends peeling up after a couple hours. Then only after 16 hours, I developed this reaction. The blisters are super painful and hurt like h*lol taking the tape off my arm as the reaction was under the bandages. Do not recommend this. After coming back to read reviews (as it's been about a year that I've had this tape in my possession) I have seen others posting about allergic reactions. So I wanted to let people know, too.

I have Trigeminal Neuralgia; a Professional, introduced me to kinesiology tape which has been helpful for the pain. Using a roll of K-Tape cut a about a 5" length, then looking at the sq markings on back, allowed 6-sq X 6 sq. on 1 end to cover mandible in front of ear . From the opposite end 2 cuts were made lengthwise back to the original 6-sq. square for in front of ear., allowing 2sq. wide for ea. strip to follow the 3 branches of the Trigeminal Nerve. Each strip was 2-sq wide and had the stretchability to curve to 1) forehead, 2)over cheekbone curving down to nostril, and 3) along jawline to chin. No wrinkles. I was sent home with some exrtra tape to apply myself until my next appt or until I purchased K-Tape. I had no trouble cutting, placing it on my face. The 2 in. role is marked differently with larger squares that do not allow 3 strips of 2-sq width. Nor did it have the same curveability. I applied it with wrinkles and pleats on curves then I had someone else in my home to apply it thinking that was the secret. Neither of us had the same or nearly as good an application as the professional. using K-Tape I didn't realize the squares would be larger on this tape. I could easily cut 2 strips if only treating pain in the lower 2 branches by cutting out th ecenter row of sqs. however, I still had a pleat or wrinkle going up following the cheekbone. Other problems were this didn't cut as cleanly, reqiring another snip. Also it's very sticky and very difficult if not impossible to use if it sticks to itself. It was very sticky and therefore slow to remove as I carefully rolled iit off. I hadn't used a thin coat of white, milky laxative on my face as a protective coating, not knowing how sticky and difficult it would be. Once on my face the effectiveness was the same relieving the excuciating pain as the other product was. I didn't order K-Tape originally because they only showed black or blue. I wanted Beige for my face. I didn't think to go to the order page to look for other colors. I have returned this and am ordering the other product.

I use this for medical tape especially on joints. It's very flexible and stays in place better than any paper or plastic tape from 3M, etc. I've had it last 5+ years in storage and still work wonderful.

I have been looking for a tape to put OVER a bandage to help it stay on while sweating....this is it... I have yet to have an issue with it falling off...infact I have to peel it off and thats not easy it sticks so well.... bought it a few time cause I love it....no reason to keep looking I got what I need right here

If I could give it no stars I would. The sticky part wore off within seconds. Waste of money.

I had them on my legs for 5 days !! Great Quality and the glue is absolutely awesome + isn't itchy
