Does it fit into the travel luggage which has the sizes 28 * 18*13?

No, it is simply to big for that,Plus without being package you would risk the chance of breaking something.

Has anybody owned this for more than 2 years? I plan on buying this, but not if it breaks down after 2 years.

The Dual Boiler is a great machine and Breville stands by it. I purchased my Dual Boiler in 2012, and have used it 5-6 times every day since then. 18 months after I bought it, it had a problem with the solenoid and Breville replaced the entire unit, no questions asked. A few years after that, the replacement unit started acting funky and, again, Breville sent me a brand new unit. It's now 7 years after my initial purchase and the machine just started having an issue with the filter basket sticking. I spent 3 minutes on the phone with customer service: they diagnosed the problem, together we confirmed it, and they are mailing me a replacement part this afternoon - at no cost to me. (Breville prints their customer service phone number on the machine so you can call them.) Great espresso machine. Super customer service.

can you easily access the water tank without moving machine? my current illy machine a pain because of the location of the water tank--
