Snappy
Me and my husband got these for our switches. He installed them and it took a while. But these are nice. I was playing Zelda the new game that came out and would run in circles from the Nintendo sticks. They were broke. Apparently the circles are "drift". I died so many times running in a circle and right off a cliff... Dang it! But, the controller they sell I also have and yo... Those sticks are like a mechanical key board except .. they are sticks These ones attach to the controller to the switch. They are worth it. Buy these. You won't be mad or disappointed. These are a smooth and accurate product. I will never ever use a different kind of stock for a controller. These are it. Good price and noticable difference. I'm a PC snob. I play on PC with a hand pad and mouse. These joy sticks made me a believer. I really love my controller made by this company. Had a Walmart controller and same thing, this sticks were trash. I spend 75$ at Walmart for that controller and so I bought the controller from this company.. I will never go back. Look, if the price is to high wait for a sale. While I think they are must have for any switch fan for both Zelda breath of the wild or Pokemon sword... This company makes the best smooth fluid snappy sticks on the market. Try it. I think you'll find someone in an game that's a first person shooter will improve your aim. Don't be me. Don't run in circles and die on cliffs because you were lazy and cheap like me and quit playing what you love cause the sticks are trash. Change your sticks, it's worth it. I freaken love my switch and my new sticks. I'm a barbarian to. I beat the L out of my sticks. These are durable feeling too. 🤗

Works as intended
You may need to recalibrate after installation, but it feels and plays like the original. Worth it if you're still planning to use the NS1 Joy-Cons.

First Experience with TMR Sticks Mostly Positive
Installation was relatively intuitive thanks to finding a YouTube instructional video. The warning about the tools was good to know, as it reminded me to be careful not to strip the screws. Once installed, the sticks are nice and smooth and mostly work great. This is a great option for people looking to keep their joycons long term. The only minor issue I have is that stick I put into my left joycon initially "wanders" up/left when I first turn it on, but it goes away as soon as I move it in a little circle. I tried recalibrating again but keeps happening, so I don't know if that's an acceptable issue or if I the seller should offer to replace.

Amazing Hall Effect Joysticks! Even better customer service!
Installation was pretty straightforward if you’re good with taking stuff apart. When I installed the joysticks there was a slight issue with the right stick when I would move the control to the right. Any time I’d move my character right, the controls and character would flutter. It even happened during calibration too. Luckily I purchased 2 sets, and used a stick from the second set to replace it with. After that, it worked perfect! I’m very satisfied with how smooth they feel, and not have to worry about stick drift! After the install, you may have to do a quick recalibration on the Switch, but after that it should be good to go. I contacted support a few days after the issue with the right stick. They were so helpful and made everything so easy to get a replacement. After I received the confirmation, I got the replacement within a day or two. What made the experience even better, not only did they replace the broken stick, they gave me another full set! So now I’ll have a spare joystick if anything goes wrong. I’m beyond happy with this purchase and have recommended these to several friends and coworkers already.

Look for another solution
Not worth the money, better to buy replacement controllers. Still experience drifting, and need to calibrate the controllers every time I boot up. Additionally, the tools that come in the pack are terrible. The forceps broke almost immediately and the screwdrivers stripped themselves while removing screws.

Good Product, Bad tools.
First, the tool kit is bad. The screw drivers will absolutely without a doubt strip any screw you try them on. Save yourself any hassle and just get a reputable technology repair screw driver kit (iFixit has good options). The plastic crowbar and tweezers will work for this project, but they may chip a little. Be careful using them on the ribbon cables. The project is not hard with the right tools, it should only take a beginner an hour if they're following a good guide. These replacement sticks have held up longer than the official Nintendo ones so far. They work well and I haven't noticed any major difference in the way they handle. They're a good option if you want to fix stick drift. However, they are not necessary if the old sticks don't have drift as they provide no noticeable upgrade other than hall effect sensing.

Great sticks to replace the stock joycon ones.
Had a couple that didn't want to work they replaced them without issue. Works way better than the stock. A little hard to install but that is the Joycons fault not the sticks. Solved my stick drift. Fit perfectly.

Works well, easy to install
Work well and fairly easy to install

Se sienten bien, no encuentro una diferencia considerable con los estándares por lo que creo que ese es un buen indicador, esperemos que con esto se acabe el drift.

Muito top, chegou tudo certinho e o analógico realmente parece ser superior aos originais do joycon.

Installation and calibration was easy. Drift issues gone! Do yourself a favour though and pickup another set of screw drivers because the ones it comes with are terrible! I could not remove a single screw with them and they seem like they'd strip the screws.

I've performed numerous Switch joystick replacements, and these GuliKit TMR sticks are by far the smoothest and most responsive I've had the pleasure of using. As with any other set, they're easy to install (no soldering, no special tools, pull out the old ones and pop in the new ones). Anti-drift technology is so far so good, tested with Splatoon 3 and Tears of the Kingdom, and happy to report no dead zones or ghosting. The extra thumb caps are a nice touch, though not something I see myself using. The price, though, is a bit high. However, for durability and comfort, it's worth shelling out if you're tired of replacing sticks every few months. That being said, only time will tell if I'm only in the honeymoon period for now, and they drift (really doubt they will) or not. If something breaks, I will update this review, but for now, easy 5/5.

With a gaming family, we chose the Nintendo Switch for the general "family friendliness" and intuitive game designs. However, the joysticks do wear out after a lot of use and you'll see "input drift" (characters getting input that you didn't give the controller) which makes playing games much harder. These "Hall Effect" joystick kits came with the tools to change them out, and no soldering is required.... BUT... You do need a bit of a DIY experience and a "can do" attitude, as the cables are both delicate and BARELY long enough to take the controller apart without damage. There are some great YouTube videos on how to do each step of the swap but a delicate touch and excellent vision (or magnification) is a must. WHY GO THROUGH THIS? These joysticks last several times longer than the originals, and replacing the worn bits in the controller is MUCH cheaper than replacing the whole controller itself, because new controllers usually come with those inferior joysticks. I've swapped both controller joysticks out TWICE in the last 5 years... before then, I replaced it with the inferior models every 5-8 months or so... and they're not that much cheaper. Get the good kit, and you'll save money and do less maintenance.
