I love Therapy Mat! The huge size provide coverage for my super wide back & big ego. The timer is great & reminds me to gtf up & do something other than lay around & think about my quad striations. Huge difference in recovery from my intense workouts. I’m really buff from extensive workouts & wanna get more buffer. Works real good!

This red light therapy for the body is safe, and quite beneficial for recovery, pain relief, skin health, and my general wellness. I use it as a supportive tool that helps me a great deal. It is a high-quality device that I use consistently for the best results. It has the perfect size, weight and quality at an affordable price.

I believe it works well, I haven’t had it long enough however it is bright and you’ll feel the heat from the red light. I gave it a 4 star because the motor is louder than I had expected. I’ve used many in the past, non have had any noises of a fan blowing. The one I bought it the smaller - 36.3”

Love the size of this RLT mat. Great for back and neck pain and is large enough for any area of the body. Works great right out of the box. Mat is flexible and easy to wrap around arms, legs, and even torso. Great value.

This red light therapy pad looks good.It’s simple and easy to use.It can only relieve mild pain , but it won’t work for severe pain, which still requires professional medical treatment. It also has a slight plastic smell when first used, but if you don’t mind that,it can be somewhat effective for beginners.

Love this red light mat! I use it every day for 30 minutes on level 5, directly on bare skin, plus an additional red light lamp for my face. I choose not to wear the goggles since I’ve read it’s good for all parts of the body, including the eyes. I keep it set up on a bed in a spare room, but it’s easy to roll up and put away. Simple to clean with a slightly damp washcloth and rubbing alcohol (dry before turning on.) This gives full-body benefits all at once. Highly recommend!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER!! If I could give this one star I would. It’s a great product, however it stopped working after about 3 weeks of using it. I tried to reach out to seller and they never got back to me. ALSO!! It has a terrible smell that finally went away after 3 weeks and it no longer works!
