Ordered 10 panels and received all on time and in excellent condition despite the best efforts of the shippers. Of the group only 1 had a minor cosmetic flaw in the frame. Checked and got 45V open circuit on each one and connected all in series to verify good connections. Now I just have to get up on the roof and install...😓 Been running with 10 panels for 2Kw set up for 4 months now. The most I get is around 1900W, which is acceptable. They are in a series/parallel set up with a 250/85 controller (48VDC). Open ckt volts should top out at about 235, but will briefly(?) spike above 250V on occasion. Hopefully the controller can handle the issue. After all the work, still satisfied with performance.

I purchased this item almost 2 years ago and decided it was time to do a review on it. Most of the time items that I buy seldom meet the advertised specifications. In this case it is quite the opposite. I just took a reading on the voltage output of the solar panel and to my amazement It was putting out 41 volts with an advertise maximum of 37 1/2 volts. I am completely happy with this solar panel and plan on buying more in the future.

I am adding 6 to my system and things were going well, until I went to clamp them together with my other Rich Solar panels that had the same dimensions. They shaved off .2 inches off these new ones making the specs shown false. They show 1.4" and they are only 1.2"... which makes clamping the new with the old impossible. 4 end brackets had to be put between the old and the new panels. Which created another problem, the end brackets minimum height is 1.4" which means I had to cut 0ff .2" of each end bracket I used for these new Solar panels. This messed up my plans for placement but I was able to make it work. Two more of this setup to go. Need 12 end brackets that I had to order. I am also worried that these thinner models may not withstand the weather that the other thicker ones have gone through.

This panel arrived with a large scratch on the glass, and scratches and dirt on the aluminum frame. It also is not up to specification with regard to it's power output. It is rated as 200 watts +- 5%, which means it should output between 190 and 210 watts under standard conditions. I tested its output using 2 different methods. The first was relative to a 10 kW, 40 panel array, and the second used a solar pyranometer. In the first test, the panel was oriented identically to the 10 kW array, and the measurements were made simultaneously under identical conditions. The measured output was 181 Watts. Using the solar pyranometer to measure incident flux, compensating for the panel temperature, correcting for incidence angle and specular reflection losses, the measured output was 176 Watts. The average of the two separate approaches was 179 Watts, or about 11% less than the advertised output. Based on the condition of the panel when it was received, and its low power output relative to specifications, I have opted to return the panel.

Where do I start Unfortunately I bought many of these panels from rich over the last 2 yrs I build sprinter vans I heard these where the panels to get , so I put them on my build I also put them on my own build, 2 yrs after I bought them they started to give me problems show small cracks it the cells so I tested them the cracked o e produce half of what they should . And when I reach out to the computer it was a nightmare to say the least . Had me jumping through all kinds of test (told me I should not have bought them on Amazon )anything to get out of the warranty they offer .they went cold never heard from them Do your self a huge favor and buy a different brand
