This is NOT basmati rice as the other reviews mentioned. I was concerned about the reviews but went for it anyway, the quality is good though it may not be exactly like what is served in the restaurants. I trust Urban platter over the other Thai brands. It's a good buy

No scent, not a jasmine rice at all. Complete waste of money
Neither any flavor or taste. I have jasmine rice frequently so I know the taste, and this rice is not even close to jasmine rice. Poor quality. Only good packaging.

Pack of 1 kg; content not even 200 g
Opened the pack and it had barely 200 g of content. The packing clearly says 1 kg. Got fleeced big time! Please refrain from buying this product.
